Tato bakalářská práce je složena ze tří hlavních částí, z části teoretické, praktické a analytické. V teoretické části práce se autor zabývá možným výskytem vad a poruch ve stavebních konstrukcích, jejich zkoumáním, rozdělením a následným možným vlivem na tržní hodnotu nemovitosti.
