Abstract:

Tato práce řeší problematiku spojovacích a hnacích hřídelí s klouby. Obsahuje postupy, jak zjistit kritické otáčky, vlastnosti a druhy spojovacích kloubů a hřídelí. Dále pak analýzu vlivu na kompozitový materiál, který nám odlehčí soustavu, což znamená a způsobuje únavu materiálu, diagnostiku závad, technologický postup při opravě a jak poznání příčiny provozních závad. Cílem této práce je přiblížit problematiku příčin a závad spojovacích a hnacích hřídelí s kloubovými spojkami a porovnání teoretických poznatků s poznatky z praxe. Zaměřil jsem se na výpočtové a teoretické děje v ústrojí automobilu a jeho převodu sil pomocí hřídelí s klouby.

Abstract:

This work solves the problems of connecting a driveshaft cv-joints. It contains procedures to determine a critical rotation speed, features and types of connecting cv-joints and shafts, an analysis of the influence on composite material, which is lightening the system, what it means and causes material fatigue, fault diagnosis, technological process of repairs and how to identify the cause of the operating fault. The aim of this paper is to describe the causes of defects and fasteners and shafts with articulated cv-joints and comparison of theoretical knowledge with practical experience. I focused on computational and theoretical happening in the car and the transfer of power through shafts with cv joins.
