Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou, zdali je možné podřadit počítačový útok pod útok ozbrojený dle práva na válku v mezinárodním právu. K nalezení odpovědi na tuto otázku práce nejdříve pojednává obecně o právu použití síly a sebeobrany. This thesis is concerned with the question of whether it is possible for a computer network attack amount to an armed attack according to the Ius ad Bellum in international law.
