Abstract:

V roce 2007 byl na řece Labi během pozdního léta proveden ichtyologický průzkum plůdkového společenstva. Na 177 km dlouhém úseku mezi obcí Verdek a městem Brandýs nad Labem bylo pomocí elektrolovu vzorkováno 36 lokalit. Jednalo se o devět slepých ramen, čtrnáct lokalit s kanalizovaným charakterem a třináct lokalit plážových či s přirozeným charakterem koryta. Celkem bylo uloveno 4521 ks 0+ juvenilních ryb náležejících do 26 druhů. Na základě vyhodnocení ekologických parametrů bylo zjištěno, že v průměru druhově bohatší společenstva se nacházela na plážích a v přirozených úsecích a naopak chudší byla společenstva v kanalizované části, zejména pak v úsecích kolem Hradce Králové. Tyto úseky vykazovaly také nejnižší, někdy až nulovou, abundanci plůdku. Naopak plůdková společenstva s nejvyšší abundancí obývala úseky plážové a s přirozeným charakterem hlavního koryta. Celkově se abundance i diverzita v podélném profilu sledovaného úseku výrazně měnily. Rozdělení do reprodukčních a ekologických skupin ukázalo, že v přirozených úsecích a na plážích se vyskytovaly hlavně litofilní a psammofilní druhy ryb. V ramenech jasně dominovala ostrakofilní hořavka duhová (Rhodeus amarus) a v kanalizovaných úsecích, kromě hořavky, také druhy litofilní a fyto-litofilní. Druhy fyto-litofilní se ve větším podílu vyskytovaly ve všech třech typech prostředí. Vyhodnocení ekologických skupin potvrdilo preferenci pláží a přirozených úseků ze strany obou typů reofilních druhů. Naopak ramena preferovala plůdková společenstva limnofilních a eurytopních druhů. V kanalizovaných částech se ve větší míře nacházel plůdek hlavně druhů limnofilních a eurytopních. U třech typů prostředí byly nalezeny statisticky významné rozdíly v druhové diverzitě a abundanci plůdku. Hodnocení frekvence výskytu jednotlivých druhů ukázalo, že v přirozených úsecích a ramenech se vyskytovalo pravidelně šest, resp. sedm druhů, v kanalizovaných úsecích to byl pouze druh jeden. Při zkoumání vlivu znečištění data ukázala, že největší pokles druhové diverzity a ekvitability ze třech zvolených lokalit je právě na lokalitě znečištěné. U porovnání abundance a počtu druhů už tak významný rozdíl nebyl.

Abstract:

During the late summer in year 2007 the juvenile fishes assemblage of the river Elbe was surveyed. Using electrofishing 36 localities were sampled along a 177 km long segment between the village Verdek and the town Brandýs nad Labem. These localities consisted of nine billabongs, 14 canalized localities and 13 beachlike localities with natural riverbeds. Altogether 4521 individuals of 0+ juvenile fishes were caught, belonging to 26 species. After evaluation of ecological parameters it was found that the most species-rich fish populations were at the beachlike localities and in the unaffected parts of the river. On the contrary, the least species-rich localities were those that were canalized, mostly in the region around Hradec Králové. These localities also showed the lowest, sometimes even zero abundance. 0+ juvenile fish populations with the highest abundance inhabited the beachlike and the natural parts of the river. Generally, both the abundance and the diversity changed markedly along the studied stretch. Division into groups according to reproduction and ecology showed that in the natural and beachlike stretchs there were mainly lithopilous and psammophilous fish species. The bitterling Rhodeus amarus, which needs muscles to its breeding, dominated in the billabongs and at the regulated-canalized localities there were also litophilous and phyto-litophilous species. The phyto-lithophilous species were present in greater amounts in all three types of environment. Evaluation of ecological groups confirmed the preference of beaches and natural areas by both of the rheophilic species types (A +B). On the contrary, the billabongs were preferred by the fish fry of limnophilous and eurytopic species. In the canalized parts of the river there was mostly the fruitlet of limnophilic and eurytopic species. Significant differences in species diversity and fish fry abundance were found among the three types of environment. Analysis of incidence of the species showed that at the natural localities and billabongs there were usually six or seven species respectively, while in the canalized parts there was only one species. Analyses of the impact of pollution showed that the greatest decrease of species diversity and equitability was at the polluted locality. When comparing abundance and number of species the difference was not that significant.
