Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Právomoci EÚ v oblasti medzinárodného obchodu“ je rozbor právomocí v oblasti spoločnej obchodnej politiky. V práci je kladený dôraz na skúmanie primárnych zdrojov v podobe platných prameňov práva EÚ – zakladajúcich zmlúv reprezentovaných Lisabonskou zmluvou, medzinárodných dohôd a se-kundárnych prameňov v podobe nariadení a rozhodnutí Rady.
