Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá střídavou péčí z pohledu pedagogů na 1. stupni základních škol, kteří se s žáky v tomto rodinném uspořádání setkávají při každodenní pedagogické praxi. Tato práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá rodinným systémem, porozvodovou péčí v ČR, střídavou péčí a docházkou do dvou základních školách, kterou mohou žáci ve střídavé péči souběžně navštěvovat. V empirické části je práce zaměřena na postoj pedagogů ke střídavé péči, na jejich osobní zkušenost se specifickou problematikou s žáky v tomto rodinném uspořádání, a jaké pedagogové volí podpůrné metody pro zlepšení průběhu školní docházky u těchto žáků, aby se lépe adaptovali na nároky spojené s novým rodinným prostředím i školními povinnostmi. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou pedagogové informováni o institutu střídavé péče a jaké volí metodické opory při práci s dětmi nacházejícími se ve dvojím rodinném prostředí v souvislosti se školní docházkou. Výzkum probíhal na čtyřech základních školách městského a vesnického typu na Benešovsku a Voticku ve Středočeském kraji.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with custody care from the of view of teachers at the 1st grade of primary schools, who meet pupils in this family arrangement during everyday pedagogical practice. This work is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the family system, post-divorce care in the Czech Republic, custody care and attendance at two elementary schools, which pupils in custody care and attendance at two elementary schools, which pupils in custoding care can attend simultaneously. In the empirical part, the work is focused on the attitude of teachers towards custoding care, on their personal experience with specific issues with pupils in this family arrangement, and what support methods teachers choose to improve the course of schooling for these pupils, in order to better adaptation to the demands associated with new family environment and school duties. The aim of this work is to find out whether teachers are informed about the institute of custoding care and what methodological support they choose when they work with children in a dual family environment in connection with school attendance. The research took place at four elementary schools of urban and village type in the of area of Benešov region in Central Bohemia. Based on the research results, recommendations for sociopedagogical practice are established.
