Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na problematiku účtovnej uzávierky a závierky obchodnej spoločnosti. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je identifikovať problematické časti v procese vykonávania účtovnej uzávierky a zostavenia účtovnej závierky. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti.
