Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá veřejnou správou ve Spolkové Republice Německo - všeobecně a dále komparací Svobodných států Bavorska, Saska a Durynska z pohledu členění jejich ústav, organizace veřejné správy na státní úrovni a problematice veřejné správy na úrovni obecní. Tato práce má za úkol přiblížit členění spolkové a státní/zemské správy v SRN.
Abstract:
This dissertation generally explains the organisation and structure of public administration in federal states of Germany. Further, it compares and presents specifics of the state public management in contrary to the Free States of Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringia - their constitutions, state public organisations and the issues of public administration at the municipal level.
