O nutnosti hledání cest ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti dnes nikdo nepochybuje. Oněch cest je však nepřeberné množství. Jednou z nich je také controlling. Podílí se na plánování, kontrole i řízení jednotlivých činností v podniku. Nobody doubts about needfulness of searching ways to be competitive. However there exist lots of these ways. One of them is controlling. It participates in planning, control and regulation of each activity in company.
