Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a analýza bankovních akreditivů a záruk, jejich historie, vývoj a právní úprava dle odborné literatury. Dále možnosti využití těchto finančních instrumentů v praxi, jejich zpracování bankami a zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod pro účastníky.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze bank letters of credit and guarantees, their history, development and legal regulation according to professional literature. Furthermore, the possibilities of using these financial instruments in practice, their processing by banks and the appreciation of the advantages and disadvantages for the participants.
