Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá metabolismem bakterie Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, která je kultivována na třech typech substrátu s cílem detekce exprese tetrathionanhydrolasy. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na metabolické pochody této bakterie s důrazem na enzymový rozklad tetrathionanu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with metabolism of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, which was grown on three types of substrates to detect gene expression of tetrathionate hydrolase. The theoretical part is focused on metabolic processes of At. ferrooxidans with an emphasis on enzymatic degradation of tetrathionate.
