Design and implementation of the agenda of the housing economy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou, návrhem a implementací informačního systému pro majitele domů k evidenci domů, bytů, nájemníků, spolubydlících, uzavíraných nájemních smluv. Cílem práce je navrhnout komplexní databázové řešení, které obsahuje analýzu potřeb majitele, návrh konceptuálního a fyzického modelu databáze, vytvoření aplikace v programu Microsoft Office Access. Databáze je navržena na základě vlastních zkušeností s touto problematikou. Používání nově vzniklé agendy by mělo usnadnit a zefektivnit práci s evidencí nájemníků, domů a jejich bytů.

Abstract:

This bachelor theses deals with the analysis, design and implementation of an information system for a landlord to register homes, flats, tenants, housemates and making lease agreements. The aim was to propose a comprehensive database solution that includes the analysis of the needs of the landlord, the design of a conceptual and physical database model, then to create an application in Microsoft Oficce Access. The database is based on my own experience with these problems. The application of the newly created agenda should facilitate and streamline the work with the register of lodgers, homes and their flats.
