Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou podomácku vyrobených a upravených střelných zbraní, právní stránkou dané problematiky, tedy nedovoleným ozbrojováním, rozdělením podomácku vyrobených střelných zbraní do druhových skupin, udává, co se se střelnou zbraní děje při expertíze na odboru kriminalistických technik a expertíz a po ní a uvádí podmínky legální výroby střelných zbraní. V praktické části vyhodnocuji dotazník, ve kterém jsem zjišťoval povědomí respondentů o podomácku vyrobených a upravených střelných zbraních a jejich vnímání dané problematiky. Dále výčtem ze statistik zveřejňovaných Policií České republiky zjišťuji, zda se jedná o jev s rostoucí nebo klesající tendencí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with themes of homemade and modified weapons, legal aspects of the issues, therefore illegal arming, division homemade firearms into species groups, indicates what is happening with the gun in the expertise of the department of forensic techniques and expertise and after it and sets the conditions of legal manufacturing of firearms. In the practical part I analyze the questionnaire in which I was assessing respondents' awareness of homemade and modified weapons and their perception of the issue. In addition, a list of statistics published by the Police of the Czech Republic, I find if it is a phenomenon with increasing or decreasing trends.
