Abstract:

Dokumentace absolventského výkonu Vedoucí sekce Média a Propagace SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER obsahuje popis postupu práce této sekce na 34. ročníku Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2024. Je v ní uveden popis tohoto ročníku včetně tématu, záměr tohoto ročníku, záměr sekce Média a Propagace zpracovaný metodou SMART. Záměr je doplněn plánem komunikace a práce s komunikačními nástroji. Dále práce obsahuje popis vedení sekce, delegování práce na členky sekce i reakci na hodnocení prvního semestru. Následují popisy jednotlivých výstupů. Každý z nich je rozdělen na tři části: záměr, průběh a výsledek. Mezi výstupy sekce patří: Ambasador, Tiskové zprávy, Newslettery, GoOut, Merch, Meeting Point, Mediální partneři, Tiskové materiály, Bulletin, Propagace v budově školy a v divadlech, Výlep plakátů, Infocentrum, Sociální sítě. V poslední části se práce věnuje spolupráce s jinými sekcemi a jejich vedoucími.

Abstract:

Documentation of the graduation performance of the Head of the Media and Promotion Section of SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER contains a description of the section's work process at the 34th Edition of the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2024. It includes a description of this edition, including its theme, the intention of this edition, and the intention of the Media and Promotion section processed by the SMART method. The intention is complemented by a communication plan and the use of communication tools. Furthermore, the work includes a description of the section's management, delegation of work to section members, and response to the evaluation of the first semester. Descriptions of individual outputs follow. Each of them is divided into three parts: intention, process, and result. The section's outputs include: Ambassador, Press Releases, Newsletters, GoOut, Merchandise, Meeting Point, Media Partners, Press Materials, Bulletin, Promotion in the school building and theaters, Poster Campaign, Information Center, Social Media. The final section of the work focuses on collaboration with other sections and their leaders.
