Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podnikání. Tato práce by měla posloužit při psaní podnikatelského plánu. V první části práce budou vysvětleny základní pojmy podnikání především za pomoci platného Obchodního zákoníku. Další část se bude věnovat obecně podnikatelským plánem.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with business. It might be used as a manual for writing a business plan. The first part focuses on the basic concepts of business whereas the next part is rather general and gives more information about the business plan. All findings are summarized in the relevant conclusion.
