Criminalistic reconstruction

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsem se snažil definovat podstatu kriminalistické rekonstrukce jakožto významné metody přispívající k identifikaci pachatele a v neposlední řadě též k úspěšnému objasnění kriminálního jednání. Současně jsem se snažil o shrnutí všech aspektů, které jsou ve vztahu k úspěšnému provedení kriminalistické rekonstrukce relevantní a nezbytnou pozornost jsem věnoval též související právní opoře de lege lata. S využitím vhodných pramenů jsem klasifikoval aplikaci předmětné kriminalistické metody jako významný zdroj kriminalisticky významných informací. Tu část práce, která se věnuje teorii, jsem doplnil praktickou ukázkou s charakteristikou (znázorněním) významných postupových kroků, které mohou zaručit úspěšný průběh a výsledek kriminalistické rekonstrukce. Tyto kroky lze, a to s ohledem na jejich význam, definovat jako kroky - postupy zadání.

Abstract:

In the bachelor thesis I tried to define the principles of criminal reconstruction as an important method contributing to identification of the perpetrator and, last but not least, to the successful disclosure of criminal behavior. At the same time, I tried to summarize all the aspects relevant to the successful implementation of forensic reconstruction. The necessary attention is also paid to the related legal support de lege lata. Using appropriate sources, I classified the application of the forensic method as a significant source of criminally significant information. The section devoted to theory has been supplemented by a practical example characterizing significant progress steps which may ensure both: successful course and outcome of the forensic reconstruction. These steps - in view of their meaning – can be described as essential.
