Abstract:

JANOTOVÁ, Kristýna. Rozsah nabídky občerstvení na čerpacích stanicích [Bakalářská práce] 2022, 63 stran. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje nabídce občerstvení a nápojů na čerpacích stanicích v České republice. Cílem práce je díky průzkumu provedenému na dálničním úseku D5 v obou směrech zjistit, jak se ceny a dostupnost občerstvení liší v různých řetězcích provozovatelů čerpacích stanic. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na historii stavby českých dálnic od jejích začátků v roce 1938 až do současnosti, historii dálnice D5, historii jednotlivých řetězců čerpacích stanic a teorii spotřebního koše. Ten je nadále využíván v druhé části práce. Spotřební koš pro průzkum byl vybrán pomocí internetového dotazníku, který zodpovědělo 119 lidí. Ten byl poté využit při osobním průzkumu dálnice D5 a byla tak zjištěna dostupnost a cenová hladina jeho položek. V analytické části bakalářské práce jsou rozebrány ceny a dostupnost jednotlivých položek spotřebního koše. Dále byl vytvořen druhý kontrolní spotřební koš z položek, které byly dostupné na všech čerpacích stanicích během průzkumu v terénu. Podle toho jsou nadále mezi sebou porovnávány jednotlivé čerpací stanice a řetězce provozující čerpací stanice.

JANOTOVÁ, Kristýna. Range of refreshments at gas stations [Bachelor thesis] 2022, 63 pages This bachelor thesis deals with the offer of snacks and drinks at gas stations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to find out how the prices and availability of refreshments differ in different chains of gas station operators thanks to a survey carried out on the D5 motorway section in both directions. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the history of the construction of Czech motorways from its beginnings in 1938 to the present, the history of the D5 motorway, the history of individual gas station chains and the theory of the consumer basket. It is still used in the second part of the work. The consumer basket for the survey was selected using an online questionnaire, which was answered by 119 people. This was then used in a personal survey of the D5 motorway to determine the availability and price level of its items. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis analyzes the prices and availability of individual items in the consumer basket. Furthermore, a second control consumer basket is created from the items that were available at all gas stations during the field survey. Accordingly, the individual filling stations and the chains operating the filling stations continue to be compared with each other.
