Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Fenomén ohýbaného kovového nábytku, firma Roberta Slezáka Kovonax“ pojednává o firmě Kovonax, která se zabývá výrobou kovového nábytku. Podává ucelený přehledný obraz o její existenci od vzniku po současnost. Práce je rozdělena do chronologicky řazených kapitol, ve kterých jsou podrobně popisovány poměry ve firmě společně s postupným vývojem výroby a sortimentu a v kontextu společenských událostí. V příloze pak lze najít graficky znázorněné statistické údaje o firmě Kovonax a kompletní katalog sortimentu firmy z 30. let 20. století.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis The Phenomenon of the Bent-wood Metal Furniture, the Robert Slezák’s Company Kovonax deals with the company Kovonax, which is concerned with the manufacturing of the metal furniture. It gives a compact and well-arranged overview of its existence since the start until the present time. The thesis is divided into the chronologically organised chapters, in which the conditions inside of the company together with the gradual development of the manufacturing and of the range of goods are described in detail and in the context of the social events. In the attachment, the graphically illustrated statistical data about the company Kovonax and the entire catalogue of the company’s range of goods from the thirties of the twentieth Century can be found.
