Legal Protection of A Corporate Name
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany obchodní firmy. Obchodní firma je velmi významným nehmotným statkem, a proto je potřeba ji chránit. Ochrany se jí dostává jak v soukromém právu, tak v právu veřejném. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na soukromoprávní ochranu.
Abstract:
The theme of my graduation thesis is a legal protection of a trade name. Trade name is an important incorporeal good, therefore there is a necessity of its protection. Trade name is protected in civil law,as same as in public law. My thesis is focused on a civil protection.
