Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci problematiky návratnosti investičních projektů. The presented diploma thesis is focused on practical application of the issues of return analysis of investment projects. Firstly, the theoretical background which is dealt with investment decisions is discussed.
