Business plan and founding of a small and middle company in the e-business field

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu podniku VEMAT pro vstup do oblasti e-business. V první části jsou rozebrány teoretické základy z oblasti e-business, dále analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku, SWOT analýza a formulace strategie. V druhé časti je teorie aplikována na malý výrobní podnik. Na základě výsledků analýz shrnutých ve SWOT analýze je formulována strategie pro vstup podniku do prostředí e-business.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on analyzing firm VEMAT to enter the field of e-business. The first part discussed the theoretical foundations of e-business, further analysis of external and internal environment of the company, SWOT analysis and strategy formulation. In the second part is the theory applied to a small manufacturing company. Based on the analysis results summarized in the SWOT analysis is formulated a strategy for entry into the business environment of e-business.
