Judicial Power and its Role in the Society
Abstract:
Název této práce je „Moc soudní a její úloha ve společnosti“. Cílem mé práce je lépe porozumět problematice nezávislosti a nestrannosti soudců, soudů. V teoretické části seznamuje práce legislativní úpravu této problematiky, úlohu soudnictví, jednotlivé záruky soudcovské nezávislosti a soudní soustavu působící v ČR. V hlavní části se analyzuje vlastní, veřejný výzkum a v závěru právní úprava.

The title of this work is the ”Judicial Power and its role in society.“ The aim of my work is to better understand the issues of independence and impartiality of judges and courts.
