Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem zrušení rozhodčího nálezu soudem. Cílem práce bylo vymezit funkci soudního řízení v otázce zrušení rozhodčího nálezu, dále vymezit jednotlivé důvody pro podání návrhu na zrušení rozhodčího nálezu, zmíněna byla komparace se slovenskou právní úpravou. Diploma thesis deals with the institute of cancellation of an arbitration award by the court. The aim was to determine the functions of court proceedings on the issue of cancellation of the award, further define the individual reasons for applying for the annulment of the award and there was also mentioned comparison with the Slovak legislation.
