Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití brownfieldů se zaměřením na regeneraci těchto objektů pro bydlení. V teoretické části definuje pojem brownfield, dále jakým způsobem vznikají a také to, jakým způsobem se tyto stavby liší od staveb na zelené louce. The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of using brownfields with a focus on the regeneration of these buildings for housing. In the theoretical part, there is the term brownfield defined. There is also described the way how does it emerge and how it differs from a greenfield.
