Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce jsou novinky v léčbě šedého zákalu. Teoretická část rozebírá nitrooční čočku, její vývoj až po vznik katarakty, její důsledky a následky a vývoj léčby. Práce se dále zaobírá dělením Katarakty. Hlavní částí této práce je opis femtosekundového laseru určeného k operaci šedého zákalu. Následně jsou vyjmenovány typy femtosekundových laserů určených na operaci katarakty. Součástí práce jsou i přílohy modelů, které zlepšují představu, co vytváří femtosekundový laser. Výzkumná část obsahuje soubor očí pacientů, které podstoupili nadstandartní operaci šedého zákalu femtosekundovým laserem a porovnány jsou jednotlivé typy nitroočních čoček implantovaných po operaci femtosekundovým laserem Victus.

Abstract:

The topics of this diploma thesis are the new possibilities in cataract therapy. Theoretical part deals with intraocular lens, from it´s development up to it´s evolution as well as the consequences and progression of the treatment. The thesis discusses various types of cataract also. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the description of femtosecond laser used for cataract surgery including the models which show us what the femtosecond laser is able to create. The research section contains of number of patients who underwent a deluxe cataract surgery by femtosecond laser and compares particular types of intraocular lenses applied after the surgery with Victus femtosecond laser
