Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce je zjistit, jak ženy hodnotí svou zkušenost s porodem. Dílčími cíli bylo objasnit, zda demografické a klinické proměnné mohou ovlivňovat hodnocení zkušenosti žen s porodem a zda existuje souvislost mezi respektováním přání a názorů rodičky zdravotnickými pracovníky a hodnocením porodní zkušenosti. Dále zjistit souvislost mezi hodnocením bolesti při porodu a celkovým hodnocením zkušenosti s porodem a souvislost mezi očekáváním rodiček a celkovým hodnocením porodní zkušenosti. Metodika: Byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum, ke sběru dat byl využit dotazník CEQ - Childbirth Experience Questionnaire. Výzkum probíhal od listopadu 2014 do února 2015. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 301 klientek. Výzkum probíhal v nemocnicích Jihlava, České Budějovice, Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava a nemocnici Jindřichův Hradec. Kritériem pro zařazení do výzkumného souboru byl 3 ? 4 den po vaginálním porodu v příslušné nemocnici, ve věku 18 a více let. Dotazníky byly vyplňovány před propuštěním žen z nemocnice. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že vícerodičky lépe hodnotí zkušenost během porodu, než prvorodičky. Byla zjištěna souvislost mezi hodnocením porodní zkušenosti a věkem žen, kdy starší ženy hodnotí porodní péči lépe, než ženy mladší. Byly nalezeny rozdíly v hodnocení porodní zkušenosti žen v jednotlivých zdravotnických zařízeních. Dále bylo prokázáno, že při vyšším respektování přání a názorů rodičky zdravotnickými pracovníky, ženy lépe hodnotily zkušenosti s porodem. Závěr: Přání a názory žen by měly být respektovány pro zajištění pozitivní zkušenosti s porodem. Každá nemocnice by měla dbát na porodní péči a potřeby klientky, od kterých se mohou zkušenosti s porodem odrážet.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the thesis was to investigate the evaluation of women with childbirth experience. Individual objectives was to clarify whether demographic and clinical variables may affect the assessment of women's experiences of birth and whether there is relationship between respecting the wishes and opinions of maternal by the health workers and evaluation of the birth experience. Also to determine the connection beetween rate of pain during delivery and general rate of experience of delivery and connection between expectations and general evaluation of the delivery experience. Methods: Qualitative research was performed, CEQ - Childbirth Experience Questionnaire was used for data collection. The research was conducted from November 2014 to February 2015. The research sample was consisted by 301 clients. The research was conducted in hospitals of Jihlava, the of České Budějovice, the University Hospital of Ostrava and the hospital of Jindřichův Hradec. Included criteria of set was hospitalization in confinement, 3-4 days after a vaginal delivery in the hospital, aged over 18 years. Questionnaires were completed before the release of women from the hospital. Results: It was found that multiparas better evaluate their own attendance during childbirth in dimension: Own parcipation and Overall, compared to primiparas. Have been found accordance with the evaluation of the birth experience and age of women when older women dimension evaluates its own capacity and sense of security better than younger women. Differences were found in the women's evaluation of the birth experience with childbirth among health care institutions. It was also shown that at higher respect for the wishes and opinions of maternal by health workers, women assess better experience with childbirth. Conclusion: The wishes and views of womens, should be respected to ensure a positive experience with childbirth. Each hospital should take care to obstetric care and the needs of clients, from which they may reflect experience with childbirth.
