Práce ve svých úvodních kapitolách seznamuje čtenáře s oblastí reprezentace obsahové stránky webových dokumentů a představuje jazyky a nástroje, které se v souvislosti s jejich zpracováním používají. Uvádí do problematiky znalostních vzorů, která je rozvíjející se oblastí. Abstract:
The thesis in its introductory chapters presents the reader the area of representing semantic information of web documents and introduces languages and tools used in connection with their processing. A developing field, the area of knowledge patterns, is introduced. The most significant part is presenting the developed knowledge pattern visual graph editor which is tested on existing patterns.
