Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou financování a zhodnocení finanční bonity měst Orlová a Litvínov v období 2016 až 2020. Teoretická část popisuje město z právního hlediska, jako územně samosprávný celek, hospodaření města dle jeho rozpočtu a bonitu města dle jednotlivých ukazatelů pro hodnocení finanční situace. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of financing and evaluation of the financial creditworthiness of the cities of Orlová and Litvínov in the period 2016 to 2020.
