Úvod: Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem infarkt myokardu a povědomím laické společnosti o této problematice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na anatomii a fyziologii srdce, infarkt myokardu a jeho příčiny, příznaky, rizikové faktory, projevy, diagnostiku, léčbu a komplikace.
