The usage of musical therapy methods in pre-school education

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím muzikoterapie ze strany pedagogů v mateřských školách. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmu muzikoterapie, jejím rozdělením, definicí a také historií. Úsek teoretické části je věnován obsahům a cílům muzikoterapie a poslední část se zabývá působením muzikoterapie na dětskou psychiku a využívání prvků muzikoterapie v mateřské škole. Praktická část se zaměřuje na prozkoumání míry i způsobu využívání muzikoterapie v mateřských školách okresu Teplice. Analýza se skládá z výzkumné sondy a jejího vyhodnocení a dále přináší rozbor tří příkladů z dobré praxe. Cílem první části je pomocí anonymních dotazníků oslovit učitele v mateřských školách v oblasti Teplicka a zjistit, zda se zúčastnili kurzů muzikoterapie a pokud ano, jestli se pak v nějaké podobě muzikoterapii věnují. Výzkum také zjišťuje zájem o muzikoterapii ze strany pedagogů. Dále praktická část popisuje příklady praxe ze tří mateřských škol, kde se muzikoterapeutickým technikám nějakým způsobem při práci s dětmi věnují. Ukazuje možnosti, jak na půdě mateřské školy k muzikoterapii přistupovat. Realizované projekty jsou zdokumentovány na fotografiích.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of Music Therapy by teachers in kindergartens. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the core description of Music Therapy, its division, its definition and history. One section of the theoretical part is devoted to the content and goals of Music Therapy and the last part deals with the effects of Music Therapy on the child's psyche and the use of the elements of Music Therapy in kindergartens. The practical part focuses at the amount and specific ways Music Therapy is used in the kindergartens of the district of Teplice. The analysis consists of the research project and its evaluation and further it brings three examples of good practice that are thoroughly described. The aim of the research is to address kindergarten teachers in Teplice district with the use of anonymous questionnaires in order to find out if they have attended courses of Music Therapy and, if so,whether they are in some way engaged in Music Therapy. The research also aims to find out about the teachers´ interest in Music Therapy. The practical part further describes examples of practice from three kindergartens, where Music Therapy techniques are being engaged in some way when working with children. These examples depict the approaches and possibilities of the use of Music Therapy in kindergartens. The described projects are documented in photographs.
