The right of life: abortion as a legal problem?
Abstract:
Úkolem v této diplomové práci bylo zmapovat problematiku práva na život, zvláště v souvislosti s prováděním umělého přerušní těhotenství. Hlavním záměrem je tedy vytyčení různých přístupů a názorových proudů a rovněž i možných řešení, jak se lze stavět k otázce ochrany života před narozením neboli k otázce přiznání práva na život nenarozeným dětem.
Abstract:
This graduation work deal with theme - right of life ispecially in connection with intentional abortions. The main question is, if there should be awarded right of life even before birth.
