Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává procesu revize blokových výjimek pro vertikální kartelové dohody. Obsahem práce není pouze hodnocení samotných návrhů nařízení připravených Komisí, ale širší pohled na vertikální dohody z pohledu ekonomických teorií.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the process of revision of block exemption regulation on vertical restraints. It contains not only the assessment of the draft of revised regulation and guidelines but also a wider view of vertical agreements based on economic theories.
