Práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti. Prvá časť sa skladá z popisu Služby centrálnej správy poskytovanej Ústavom Výpočetnej Techniky. Účelom služby je zjednotiť pracovné prostredie a podporu na rôznych lokalitách Masarykovej Univerzity.
