Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na třídní schůzky a začínajícího učitele. V teoretické části práce se zkoumá začínající učitel, proces jeho uvádění do pedagogické praxe a podpora, která mu je poskytována, včetně praktických rad pro úspěšné zvládání této náročné fáze. Dále se práce podrobně zabývá problematikou třídních schůzek, včetně definice, typů třídních schůzek, procesu plánování a častých chyb v jejich vedení. Součástí je také kapitola věnována komunikaci mezi učitelem a rodičem. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza zkušeností a postojů začínajících i zkušených učitelů ke třídním schůzkám.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on class meetings and the beginning teacher. The theoretical part of the work examines the novice teacher, the process of introducing him to teaching practice and the support provided to him, including practical advice for successfully managing this challenging phase. Furthermore, the work deals in detail with the issue of class meetings, including the definition, types of class meetings, the planning process and frequent mistakes in their management. There is also a chapter devoted to communication between the teacher and the parent. In the practical part of the work, the experience and attitudes of beginning and experienced teachers towards class meetings are analyzed.
