Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku duševní hygieny u učitelů. Práce je pojata ve smyslu teoreticko-praktické roviny. Teoretická část práce obsahuje duševní hygienu a její specifika, duševní zdraví a také duševní pružnost a její zachování. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of mental hygiene among teachers. The work is conceived in the sense of a theoretical-practical level. The theoretical part of the thesis contains mental hygiene and its specifics, mental health, as well as mental flexibility and its preservation.
