Oxid dusnatý hraje v lidském organismu důležitou roli. Svoji funkci má na úrovni téměř všech systémů. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabývám shrnutím dosavadních poznatků o oxidu dusnatém. Rozebírám jeho metabolismus u prokaryot, eukaryot a s tím související syntázy oxidu dusnatého, fyziologické a patofyziologické funkce a jeho reaktivitu. Nitric oxide plays an important role in the human body. Its function is almost at all systems. The theoretical part deals with a summary of current knowledge in nitric oxide. I analyze its metabolism in prokaryotes, eukaryotes and related nitric oxide synthase, the physiological and pathophysiological function and reactivity.
