V práci se zabývám základními zásadami správního řízení, jak jsou nebo by měly být uplatňovány v praxi, zejména z pohledu nového správního řádu.
Abstract:
The topic of my graduation theses is The General Principles of the Functioning of Public Administration Bodies in Practice. These principles we can find in the new Administrative Procedure Code.
