Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany osobních údajů, a to podle vnitrostátního práva a právní úpravy Evropské unie, k jejíž účinnosti dojde 25. května 2018. This thesis is focused on personal data protection according to the national law and the legislation of the European Union, which will be effective as of May 25, 2018.
