Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je předání všeobecného přehledu o stavebnictví čtenářům a prognóza stavebnictví jako celku a zároveň vybraných částí stavebnictví, na které se tato práce zaměřuje. Hlavním zaměřením jsou v této práci ekonomika stavebnictví, energetiky úsporné domy, modernizace stavebních postupů a robotizace a digitalizace stavebnictví. Prognózy jsou sestavovány pro předpověď dalšího vývoje těchto vybraných oblastí. Případové studie jsou využity v rámci České republiky. Provedenou prognózou je oboru stavebnictví předpovězen rychlý vývoj k digitalizaci, robotizaci a s ní související ekologizaci.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to pass a general overview of the construction industry to the readers and a forecast of the construction industry as a whole, as well as selected parts of the construction industry on which this paper focuses. The main focus in the field of construction in this work are the economics of construction, energy saving houses, modernization of construction procedures, robotics and digitization of construction. Forecasts are compiled to predict the further development of these selected areas. Case studies are applicated within the Czech Republic. The thesis’s forecast predicts rapid development in the field of construction industry for digitization, robotics and related greening of the whole process.
