Chiral difunctional Schiff bases and related diamines as ligands for complexation of metals

Abstract:

Byla provedena literární rešerše na téma chirální difunkční Schiffovy báze a z nich odvozené diaminy jako ligandy pro komplexaci kovů. Na základě analogie s popsanými postupy byly syntetizovány diiminy a aminy obsahující chirální benzthiazolový blok. Syntetizované sloučeniny byly použity při komplexačních reakcích. Připravené sloučeniny byly charakterizovány body tání a pomocí NMR spektroskopie, a u jedné sloučeniny byla určena její molekulová struktura pomocí rentgenostrukturních technik na monokrystalickém materiálu.

Abstract:

The literature search on topic chiral difunctional a Schiff base derived from amines, such as a ligand for metal complexation was performed. By analogy with procedures described diimines and amines containing chiral benzothiazole block were synthesized. Prepared compounds were used in complexation reactions. The compounds prepared were characterized by melting points and NMR spectroscopy techniques. For one of the compounds the molecular structure was determined by XRD on single crystalline material.
