Guest Service of the International Festival Theater in Pilsen
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá guest servisem Mezinárodního festivalu Divadlo v Plzni. Cílem práce je popsat a následně na základě výzkumu - sekundární analýzy dat a online dotazníku - vyhodnotit jednotlivé aspekty fungování guest servisu festivalu, včetně doporučení na zlepšení.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is guest service of the International Festival Theatre in Pilsen. The aim is to describe and analyze parts of the guest service. The evaluation is based on the research - the secondary analysis of data and online questionnaire. Finally, suggestions for improvements are part of the thesis.
