Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení akceleračních programů na území České republiky. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje definování pojmu akcelerátor a souvisejících pojmů v oblasti podpory podnikání. Empirická část podrobně analyzuje akcelerační programy v České republice. Mezi analyzované oblasti patří obecné informace, vstupní podmínky, charakteristika uchazečů nebo akcelerační aktivity. Předposlední kapitola se věnuje post-akcelerátoru, jehož předmětem je udržet kontakt s absolventy nebo ohodnotit průběh akceleračního programu. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení a tvorba závěru této problematiky.

Abstract:

The master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of acceleration programs in the territory of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is first devoted to defining the term accelerator and related terms in the field of business support. The empirical part analyzes in detail the acceleration programs in the Czech Republic. The analyzed areas include general information, entry conditions, applicant characteristics or acceleration activities. The penultimate chapter is devoted to the post-accelerator, the purpose of which is to maintain contact with graduates or evaluate the course of the acceleration program. At the end, an evaluation and conclusion of this issue is made.
