The Description of Processes and Risk Analysis in the OHS and FS Multifunction Centre Fields

Abstract:

Diplomová práca pojednáva o metódach a postupoch na spracovanie komplexných analýz rizík v oblasti prevádzky komerčného objektu. Nevyhnutnou súčasťou práce je taktiež popísanie základov procesného riadenia komerčného multifunkčného centra. Teoretická časť práce popisuje základy procesného riadenia, metódy analýzy rizík a nástroje za pomoci, ktorých je možné analýzy rizík realizovať. V teoretickej časti práce dochádza taktiež k popisu základných legislatívnych požiadaviek na oblasť BOZP a PO. Praktická časť diplomovej práce charakterizuje základné činnosti a funkcie objektu, a to za pomoci aplikovania procesného riadenia. Popis jednotlivých procesov vybraného objektu slúži ako východiskový materiál pre analýzu rizík vybraného objektu. V závere práce dochádza k vyhodnoteniu rizík a k návrhu opatrení, ktoré minimalizujú riziká objektu z hľadiska BOZP a PO.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with methods and procedures for processing of complex risk analyzes in the area of operation of a commercial object. An essential part of the thesis is also describing the basics of process management of a commercial multifunctional center. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of process management, risk analysis methods and tools to help with risk analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis also describes the basic legislative requirements in the field of safety and health at work and fire protection. The practical part of the diploma thesis characterizes the basic activities and functions of the object, using the application of process management. The description of the individual processes of the selected object serves as the starting material for the risk analysis of the selected object. At the end of the work, risks are considered and measured designed to minimize the risks of an object in terms of safe-ty and health at work and fire protection.
