Predmetom bakalárskej práce je predstavenie konceptu bezplatnej hromadnej dopravy a diskusia jeho prípadného zavedenia pre mesto Brno. Teoretická časť sa sústreďuje na financovanie verejnej dopravy a na vymedzenie typov a cieľov bezplatnej hromadnej dopravy.
