Bakalářská práce se zabývá nedostatkem zaměstnanců v hotelnictví a gastronomii v České republice. V teoretické části jsou uveden pojmy jako je zaměstnanec, nezaměstnanost, zaměstnanost a také trh práce. The bachelor thesis deals with the lack of employees in the hotel and gastronomy in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces concepts such as employee, unemployment, employment and the labor market. The aim is to evaluate the offer and inquiry on the labour market of hotel and gastronomy from the perspective of internet job portals.
