Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit produkci čaje ve světě v jednotlivých zemích, které mají největší zastoupení pěstování čajovníku. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to approach the production of tea in the world in individual countries with the largest representation of tea cultivation. The thesis is divided into two parts, where the first describes in detail the tea plant, the method of its cultivation, processing methods and more detailed characteristics.
