Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu, jež aplikuje na konkrétní firmě Lubomír Šanda -SAN v Táboře. Cílem je provést kompletní strategickou analýzu dle vybraných metod, získat patřičné informace a na jejich základě analyzovat stávající situaci podniku a navrhnout případná opatření či doporučení, které povedou ke zlepšení postavení dané společnosti na trhu.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the strategic analysis that is applied to a specific company Lubomír Šanda -- SAN in Tábor. The aim is to complete strategic analysis by selected methods, to obtain relevant information, to analyze the currnet situation of the company on thei basis and to suggest possible steps or recommendations that will improve the company's position in the market.
