The management of costs and yields of a bank`s point-of-sales
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou jednotlivých druhů nákladů a výnosů, ovlivňující zisk obchodního místa banky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vztah kalkulačního systému banky k plánování nákladů a výnosů na pobočky. V praktické části uvádím konkrétní výstupy z manažerského účetnictví, které usnadňují celkové řízení ziskovosti obchodního místa.
Abstract:
My diploma project is focused on the analysis of particular kinds of costs and earnings influencing branch profits. The theoretical part is about bank costing system in relation to planning costs and revenues of branches. The practical part concerns concrete inputs from EIS that enable overall management of branch profitability. EIS – manažerský informační systém
