Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s problematikou tzv. nekalé soutěže v České republice. Rozebírá jednotlivé pojmy, které s tím souvisejí, ať již hospodářskou soutěž, nebo přímo jednotlivé druhy nekalé soutěže, na něž se více zaměřuje a jednotlivě je blíže popisuje. This seminar paper is proposed to make readers acquainted with the problems of the unfair competition in the Czech Republic.
