Předkládaná práce pojednává o první diplomatické misi 25 letého hraběte Aloise Thomase Raimunda z Harrachu, kterou absolvoval v letech 1694 až 1696 v Saském kurfiřství v době, kdy v zemi vládl kurfiřt Fridrich August I. Celá práce stojí na analýze Harrachových relací, které pravidelně posílal císaři Leopoldovi I. a snaží se přiblížit saské prostředí v 17. století a činnost císařského vyslance na kurfiřtském …more
Abstract:
The present thesis deals with the first diplomatic mission of the 25-year-old Count Alois Thomas von Harrach, which he undertook between 1694 and 1696 in the Saxon Electorate during the reign of the Elector Frederick Augustus I. The whole thesis is based on the analysis of Harrach's dispatches, which he regularly sent to Emperor Leopold I. The thesis tries to present the Saxon environment in the 17th …more
